12. (a.) The first subscriptions shall be fixed at the first Annual
General Meeting and shall remain the same until altered by the Society in General Meeting;
(b.) There shall be differing rates of subscriptions for Ordinary
members and Associate members. The Society may set differing rates of subscriptions in
respect of different groups of members within such classes of members.
(c.) Subscriptions shall be payable upon admission to the Society and
shall cover the period from the date of admission up to and including the date of the next
Annual General Meeting. Thereafter subscriptions shall become due and payable at the
conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in each year.
13. (a.) A member whose annual subscription remains unpaid for a period
of three months after the Annual General Meeting in any year shall be deemed a
non?financial member;
(b.)A non-financial member shall not be eligible for election to the
committee or appointment to any sub-committee nor shall be entitled to vote at any General
Meeting;
(c.) The committee may cancel the membership of any non-financial
member. |
